Google Apps Location Settings

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. 
I don't think you can turn off Google apps as a group, but you can turn off each one individually. If you open the app ... let's say Picassa or G+ ... then press the menu button and select settings. Tap on your account and you will see the location settings for that app. It will probably warn you that disabling it will have all kinds of dire consequences like being lost in the Amazon Rain Forest or harming baby seals, but you can turn it off anyway. It's always easy to turn it back on, if you find it does limit functionality. The other apps will work similarly.
