I keep getting two messages on my mobile for the past three days. "Unfortunately, Google play services has stopped", and "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". I tried uninstalling updates in the Google play services, but no luck. Any suggestions please?

Help Google apps not working

This is only possible if the device is rooted with a custom recovery installed, neither of which the OP has confirmed. Please keep advice relevant to the actual question.
@rao_2015 Go into Settings/Apps, select Google Play Services and delete its cache. If that doesn't clear up the problem, repeat but this time choose Clear data.
