google badge and chat

[djmagic]

i have a wesite here 3ws.comedyhypnosisshow.co.uk and have a google badge installed on there. when some one clicks on it i get a notification on my phone saying
approve group chat.

accept or cancel

i click accept
and nothing happens

sometimes it opens the talk app and i can type a message but it will not send it..

this feature / app if working would be great for me.

can any one offer any advice please
regards

all seems ok ... what app would work the way i want it to..... ie someone on my website wants to chat with me and i can read and message back frrom my phone..

many thanks

first check the settings of the app for notification sending and if everything seems fine find another app instead.
