Google bypass for Samsung Galaxy on5 HELP!

I am trying to google bypass my Samsung Galaxy on5 and in at the part where I'm downloading the apks but it won't download and it doesn't provide a settings option for me to turn off app verification it just keeps saying "unable to scan" and has me redownload it cause the "do you want to replace existing file" screen pops up and this repeats. I need to be given a settings option (to be able to turn off the app verification to download the apks) but it just repeats this cycle and says unable to scan. Someone help me please this is my first time attempting a Google bypass and I'm so confused and frustrated.

WHERE are you trying to download apps from?

To install an APK not from Google Play first enable installing from Unknown Sources. Up until Android 7 Nougat (which includes your phone) the option to install from Unknown Sources was located in Settings - Security - Unknown Sources.

@bcrichster asked an important question - what site are you downloading from?

When you're installing apps from unknown sources make sure they are from a legitimate source. Don't download apps from untrusted sites.
