Help Google Calendar Sync

I have some weird things happening when I try to sync my google calendar with the 8.9. Some events just don't show up on the tab while others similar in every conceivable way do. I can't narrow down any rhyme or reason.

Anyone else notice anything odd?

When you create the event are you choosing My Calendar or your Google Account
