Help Google calendar sync

So I checked my schedule to see what time my appointment was and noticed that none of my events were in my calendar. The only thing showing up is my facebook events. All calendars are set to display and sync. When I go to settings>accounts>*******@gmail.com, the circle by the calendar has an exclamation point and it says that sync is experiencing problems. Is anyone else seeing this? My wife's S3 is syncing fine. Wondering if it's just our phones.

My calendar isn't syncing either today, it got stuck trying and drained my battery completely in a couple hours. I had to shut off the sync manually, it was getting hot and just wouldn't give up. And it still doesn't show my newest events. Wish I could help you... I had a similar problem on my last phone and eventually had to factory reset/reflash rom to get it working again. I'm not there yet but I will experiment with it a bit, if I can't get it resolved that's what I'll do.
