Root Google calendar sync

So I checked my schedule to see what time my appointment was and noticed that none of my events were in my calendar. The only thing showing up is my facebook events. All calendars are set to display and sync. When I go to settings>accounts>*******@gmail.com, the circle by the calendar has an exclamation point and it says that sync is experiencing problems. Is anyone else seeing this? My wife's S3 is syncing fine. Wondering if it's just our phones.

So I restored my backup of AlienDroid JB rom and the calendars in it are syncing fine. The one I am having problems with is Unlocked Potential. Could this just be a rom problem or a sense problem. Thanks for any input.

I believe that it's a problem with Unlocked Potential, I've had the same issue, I ended up un checking the calendar sync and left it at that.

I just check my google calendar on the PC and made a new event, and it sync fine on Unlocked Potential.

So I tried doing complete clean install of the U.Potential and i'm still getting no sync with the google calendars. Wiped it all again and installed MidN. Rom and it's all good again.
