can you have a home page on the browser?

how do you rearrange the mobile bookmarks?

i miss this feature from my previous htc incredible 2.

not sure how to do it on the new razr HD or if you can even do it.

thanks

To set homepage in Chrome

Navigate to the page you want to be the homepage.
Choose to Settings | Settings | General | Set homepage
Select Current page

I could find no way.

I went to a bookmark and did a long press and chose Add to home screen
I then went to the home screen and clicked on the new icon
I then hit settings
I selected Settings
I selected General
I selected Set home page
I selected Current page

I sit corrected.

When I selected the icon on the screen it opened the page in the default browser and not Chrome. Therefor I can see no way to do what you want.

I'm sorry i wasted your time.

there is no way. it's crap. but that's about the only thing I hate about Chrome mobile. that, and the asinine verizon bookmarks.

I do not find the mobile version of Chrome to be very user friendly. On my computer, I use Chrome all of the time. Strange. My mobile browser of choice is Dolphin with Dolphin Jetpack.

I have tried practically every android browser on my HD and my final recommendation is...the "Boat Browser". I liked it over all the rest, that I finally paid for the for the license key (to support the developer).
You can install the free version. It does all you need & more...

Go into settings, apps, and disable "com.android.providers.partnerbookmarks"

That will get rid of the Verizon bookmarks.

Although, I do prefer dolphin. It's by far the fastest feature filled browser out there, IMO.

Agreed, tried them all and enjoy Boat the most.
