Google+ Comments

It seems the new Google+ keep telling me I'm not allowed to post comments, when I was able to before the change.

Does anyone know what is going on and how to change it? This is using the website, not the app.

You can control who (certain circles, public, etc..) can comment on posts in G+. It could be that the author of the post you are trying to comment on has limited who has permission to comment on their posts.

It might be this, but sometimes when I am on Android it tells me that I can't post anything to any post. This also happens with +1 ing comments. I think it is the app that has the problems.
