google+ communities, how to start a thread

i joined a community and want to start a thread.

how do you do it? i just don't see anything. i'm using windows 7 and chrome.

It depends on the community and how they have their settings....but...go to the communities page...go to discussions...on ur left side of the screen and you should be able to post a thread there...
