Google Contacts - Trouble creating fields

I'm new to Google contacts & Android.

I've created a .csv with the following column headers:

First Name | Last Name | Company | Mobile Phone | Home Phone | Work Phone| Fax Phone| Email Address | Home Address | Work Address | Website | Note

But when I open Google Email, some of these fields, like Work Phone, only show up in the "notes" section. So on my Android phone, they don't come up as numbers that can be dialed. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I fixed it. I changed the column header from "Work Phone" to "Business Phone" in the .csv and now those numbers are showing up. Weirdly though, they show up as "Work Phone" in my Android Phone. Go figure.

Okay - for other newbs fighting with columns.

Just create a single fake contact in google mail.
Then export it as a .csv and open that up and you'll see all the default columns that Google suggests.

Btw, here's a listing of supposedly working column header names that I found on the net. Business Phone was not listed, but seemed appropriate.
