Google Contacts

[Cybes100]

Hello,
I'd like to be able to see all my contacts from GMail on my phone.
I do not have an app called 'Contacts', only one called 'people'.
In GMail, I cannot see any contacts, or options to see them in the menu's.

I've tried to see if I can download the Google Contacts App, but can't find it to do so!

Any ideas?

Or....if i can't get 'Google Contacts', is there another app that i can use to sync both ways with GMail contacts?

Thanks!

Ignore me - I've done it!!!!!
I can use the android contacts app ('people') - i'd unticked the contacts from Gmail!

On my phone it's called Contacts and I believe on the wife's phone, which she have a Dlinc2, it's called People. I assume either one is the default Gmail addressbook.

Yeah, I believe 'People' is HTC's customized version of 'contacts'. So long as that function isn't disabled within the syncing portion of your google accounts (as the OP mentioned), it ought to be pulling from your Google contacts to populate the 'People' app. IIRC, it'll also pull social networking info into it as well.
