Google Docs?

Well boys and girls, will wonders never cease!

As of this week, it seems Google has fixed things and now I can access my Google Docs on my Droid, via http://docs.google.com/m !

Yay for Google. Remember, it is Google's world now; we just live in it!

stevehoffman, when you said "access my Google Docs on my Droid", did you mean view only? I know spreadsheet can be edited via the Droid browser but Word docs cannot.

If you through the mobile browser shows all of your entries. If you use the app itself, it is limited to 100. The developer said he was working on a fix a couple of months ago. I even re-installed it just now with the same result. :(

I'm sorry. I must have misspoke earlier. When I said you couldn't access google docs what I meant to say is you can't do anything useful at all with google docs. you can look at them but there's nothing you can do with them. You can' make a new one, you can't edit the one you're looking at. And that to me is the essential part of google docs - to USE them.

My GDocs version number is 0.8.1, and it does display over 100 entries.

The About screen says it expires on 1/31/2010. I'm not sure if that means it can not be used beyond that date or there will be a new version. Does anyone know?

rcyphermd, both GDocs and docs.google.com/m are showing over 100 entries...matching what I have in the full version of Google Docs. I don't doubt what the developer is telling you since he should know.

One thing I can thing of is maybe the limit is for text documents. My 100+ entries are made up of both text documents and spreadsheets.

Oh, another reason might be that the limit is for downloaded documents. I don't have all the documents downloaded to the SD card. If thats the limitation, it can be worked around. You can always remove the less frequently used documents from the SD card.

yes I have over 100 text type notes. Perhaps that is the problem. I am trying note everything....it seems to offer a lot more,.
