Help Google Drive Sharing Option.

is Google Drive APP (on Android) missing some of the sharing options or i just can't find those?

I'm sharing a video with a person who does not have a google account. I figured that you can share a video using Google Drive.. There's an option to generate a link to the video. Google drive app has no menu for it or i just can't find it? After each upload i have to log to my drive through Chrome to make the link available. Can it be done in the drive app ?

Yes it can be done in drive app ... find the file in app the click on the INFORMATION I (with a circle around it). Then add people, add their email address Click add then choose can view or can edit click check box in upper left to save changes.
