I'm trying to do the Google Drive whatsapp full backup. The normal routine is: 1 - the phone will do a local backup; 2 - then it'll say "preparing the google drive backup" (I'm translating from portuguese); 3 - the phone start uploading your stuff to google drive.
But in my case, after step 2 reachs 100%, step 3 starts and only send like 1 mb and whatsapp crashes. And after crashing it returns to step 2.
Tried clearing the cache. Tried reinstalling whatsapp. Tried switching google drive account. Nothing seems to work.
I use a Samsung Galaxy S4, GT-i9505, android ver. 4.4.2.
