Help Google earth on samsung moment 2.1

hey guys, was just wondering if anyone got a working version of google earth for the moment. It is supposed to be a 2.1 app but it isn't in the market and any of the apk files that I tried were intended for the motorola droid and don't work on the moment.

I am running 2.1 dd03 rooted v5 with jit3 if anyone was wondering.

Also, just on a side note, m.google.com/earth force closes and from the looks of the videos out there for google earth on the android os, I suspect it has something to do with the fact that our 2.1 doesn't include multi touch and that seems to be the only way to use the app.

Any ideas on how we can get this awesome space hog working on our moments?
 
Bump, has anyone seen any news about this since the official 2.1 release?
I am currently running 2.1 de03 root v7 and would still love to have this app.

Also wondering when the source for the 2.1 kernel will be released so we can get stuff like wifi tether and multi touch implemented.
 
I was under the impression that it was due to the lack of drivers/software that multitouch was not present. I could be mistaken though.
