My Market has never given me any problems.
Yes I'm sure I don't have a bad data connection. I'm on at least a dozen different WiFi hotspots a day, and on 3G when there's no WiFi. Market shows the same behavior on all of them. Started about a month ago. Never had it before. So the prob is not the connection.Are you sure you don't have a bad data connection?

There are some issues with it trying to download all those graphics for the new fancy 3d carousel spinner thing. A quick way to bypass that is to hit [menu] > [my apps]
At least that works for me.

No.
I have a theory about that. But I'll wait for more data before publishing my findings.
