The Google framework forces closed on my viewsonic android tablet and I can't use the playstore apps. What do I need to do?

It could be an rouge app that's messing things up.
If the tablet hasn't been rooted then you could try doing a factory reset. This will wipe all user data, including apps. When it's finished open the PlayStore and sign into your Google account to get your contacts back. Then install one app at a time (one on one day, another the next) until you notice the Force Closure notice again. That's the rouge app.
If you are rooted then you need to go to the All Things Root sub-forum for your specific tablet model here at Android Forums so you can install a custom recovery and flash a new custom ROM.
Weather it is or isn't a rouge app, a factory reset on a non rooted tablet should help.
