*Google Goggles* Months with the same Problem

Ok so its been months since my google goggles stop working. It scans and scans and never stops it just stays there. I uninstall and install again and nothing... I have HTC evo 4G not rooted ...

I've also not been able to get google goggles to work,

It goes into camera mode but won't release the shutter, then the buttons freeze.

I'm using a Toshiba Regza T-01C with Eclair.

And there doesn't seem to be any way to contact them to give feedback/get tech support.
