Google Goggles - neat

I have an HTC Inspire 4G rooted with ICS. today at lunch i took a picture of my friends iPhone 3Gs Screen to send that pic to someone else to show them what his phone shows when I send my current location from Google Maps.

A little while later I notice that the notification bar showed the little icon for google goggles, i checked it out and it showed the photo of my friend phone (just the screen and keyboard) and it had done a search and returned that it was the iPhone 3Gs 16gig White.
pretty cool especially when i was not even attempting do do that. THe only thing it got wrong was the color, his is actually the black version

Open Google Goggles and take a picture of a Sudoku puzzle. It will solve it!

You can take a picture of a sign in a foreign language and it will translate it for you. But Google Translate does this better, plus a whole lot more for translations.

You can take a picture of a business card, crop the area for the contact info and save the info as a contact on your phone.

Yeah, it's a pretty cool app!

Help please,
Google goggles use to work fine, but now it just half scans and results are nothing. I tried cropping a:;nd even stuff that worked good before. No results. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. No good. This has been going on for several weeks.
Please help
