On my Win7 desktop, I installed Google Input Tools on a Chrome browser and added Chinese as a input language. When I select Chinese as input, there is a writing pad for me to do so.
Tried to do the same with a Chrome browser on my Win8.1 tablet, but there is no writing pad showing. The touchscreen keyboard in the task bar has no writing pad either. Is there a way to fix this?
