Google+ issues

on any device, any computer. i can load my account but i cannot see anything but my own posts and other posts are 4-5 days old with 4-5 day old activity. no one is seeing my comments or own posts, communities are BLANK (be the first to share something) other personal pages are also blank (so and so hasn't posted yet). notifications are no go. only Hangouts appears working. i can send and get messages but i cannot otherwise interact with the site. what's going on?
 
everything is working but Google+ and Play Store (but Play Store never works for me so i ignore it). if my account were suspended how would i know? Google has always been damn vague about errors.

now everything is blank. only my posts show up!!! what's going on?!
 
Nothing is going on except Google services are down lol

Some things have come back up but some haven't. My google+ is still down also.
 
same symptoms as me? everything but my posts are gone. i can post but not sure if i can be seen. the only way i can talk is to talk in hangouts. no one seems to have any problem there. feeds, communities are either blank or show 4-5 day old data. i essentially have the same level of access as a suspended account. how would i know if i got suspended?

Almost the exact same issues as you. I know it is inconvenient, but I am sure it will be back to normal soon...... I hope so anyways.
Google even said play services is down.
 
Play is always down. i started boycotting Play Store. but my G+ page acts all suspended. i'm only seeing old posts. nothing current.
