Google Map/GPS issue with 4.3

Im running I535VRUCML1 STOCK ROM 4.3. Just flashed this through Clockwork. I dont know if its the ROM or the firmware, but my navigation is really off and will not work properly. I get GPS lock right away but when I try to navigate to a certain location, everything is just way off. My starting location wasnt accurate, then navigation wont track and when it did, the "arrow" is way off. But when I exit out of navigation, I get a perfect GPS lock. Any fix for this?

Did you have the issue with the previous rom?
What navigation app are you using? Google maps I assume? Or another app?
Do any other apps that require a location function properly?

It was acting up before so I thought it was a google thing. My friend had the same phone and version and his is working fine.

The GPS locks great but when I use the turn by turn navigation...nothing is accurate.

All of the apps that requires a location...functions perfectly. Im positive its the turn by turn navigation
