I have no doubt this question has been asked and answered a billion times already so I did a search before posting it yet again. But as I scrolled down thru all the search results I didn't see anything that addresses this specifically, so . . . .
My phone recently did a system update. Now every time I take a picture with the camera I get a pop-up from Google Maps with the picture I just took and the location and some message about making it public.
It seems like I went through this when I first got the phone and (obviously) figured out a way to stop it because I haven't had to deal with it in quite awhile. Unfortunately I don't remember what I did to stop it and I can't seem to get it to stop now. If I google "How to stop google maps from using my photos" all that comes up is a bunch of crap about how to get google maps to use my photos.
Any help is appreciated.
