My wife and I are each having problems with Google Maps crashing. Things were working as recently as a few days ago, but in the past 24 hours both of us have been unable to get the application to work properly. She has a Droid Razr, and I have an old school original Droid. Any thoughts appreciated.

With maps running, try Menu Button > More > Cache Settings > Clear map tile cache

Hello and welcome aboard. Thanks for stopping in to join us.
Try this: Go into settings - applications - downloaded - find maps and uninstall and reinstall updates.
Hopefully this should fix the problem.
