Google maps not loading..

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can make any sense of this?

I have a gps track recording app. There is a demo and a full version.
I have just now received a third report from users saying that google maps are not loading. Two are new users that upgraded from the demo, and the the other user has had it awhile and reports that the maps have just suddenly stopped loading. All three users say the demo still works fine. The demo was created from the full version by just adding limited saves. There has been no changes to app since Oct 2013, and these reports are very recent.

So something must have changed outside of the app... but what?

I'm scratching my head on this one. What questions should I be asking the users that will help me determine the problem?

I would very much appreciate some advice please.
 
On one of your own devices. I am not a Dev, but were I in your shoes it's the first thing I'd attempt, to then try various solutions, like reinstalling your app or Google maps, clearing the cache, etc.
 
Sorry, I just realized that I probably wasn't as clear the second post. If you own an Android device, put your app and Google Maps on it, and see if you can personally experience the problem they're telling you about.
 
Did they experience it in the demo? Drop me the link, maybe it'll happen to me
 
Thanks for your help Ryan, but I think I have found the problem. It looks like it might be the maps api key.
