Help Google Maps Problem

Google Maps is not working on my N1. I started getting an error message and the program was being forced closed all the time. I am trying to update Google Maps but it still will not work. Closes automatically.

Just updated to 2.2.1 so I need suggestions on how to get Google Maps working again... I use it every day for traffic navigstion here in Atlanta area.

Any suggestion?

I went into my apps folder and opened Google Maps from there and it work now! Maybe the problem I had before 2.2.1 was actually fixed with the update... really don't know. Just glad it works now.
