Help Google maps, route options

I am sure that once I found a page in Maps where I could choose different settings for route planning, i.e. fastest, shortest or optimised and with or without motorways.

I can no longer find it and despite searching on this forum and in Google I can find no mention.

ATM I am stuck on using motorways but wouldn't always want to do so. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Well, I've found out the answer and I can't choose the road types, seems that the superior Google Navigation isn't as clever as the inferior Ovi Maps.
