Anyone who enjoys watching Apple fail miserably has surely heard about their attempt to create a map app up to Google maps standards...well that didn't go so well. Now Google has released Google maps 6 for ios and admits its better then Google maps for android! Did anyone else hear about this and what's your opinion on it.

Haven't heard anything yet. My wife has the Iphone and I want her to install it so I can compare it to my maps and see what, if any, improvement or differences it has :)

Hey there phw, i just wanted to let you know that i am moving this thread into the Android Applications forum since you are discussing an app.

Hope this helps :)
