Google music isn't syncing right

Before I got the Razr I was using an incredible 2. When I had the incredible 2 I decided that I was going to give google music and the cloud a try, so I got all my songs put on there and everything worked great. Then I bought a razr and tried to set up my google music, and now the only music that will sync with the razr is music that was bought through the market. It won't sync the other music from the cloud that I already had on my computer. I tried uninstalling the google music app and reinstalling it and that didnt work. Do you guys have any suggestions that I could do to maybe fix this problem.
 
Same boat/ I'm on my 4 th razr. Verizon replacement plan rules. Incomplete library when finally setup this razr. On the phone with google now.
 
Update: go to settings/ manage applications/ google music, clear data. Now go back into the app and follow the prompts to setup your music and it will re sync. So simple, I'm actually amazed I didn't think of this. Google tech support was awesome and I felt humored by this question, such a menial task.

Wow, I feel dumb. I think I tried erasing my whole cloud and re-uploading it before I tried this. Of course, I was still having problems after that.

I just tried the method you described, and things are looking so much better. You get a thanks from me!
