Help Google Music won't advance track

Ever since Google updated their music app to include a subscription service, my Photon will not advance to the next track of an album/playlist. I do not have this problem on my Nexus 10. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

ARGH I have this same problem. The tracks will not change, but then if you wait like 30 sec they will attempt to, but its garbled cut up and basically unusable. It sounds like a cache error to me, or maybe some issue with gapless playback - but I cannot find a way to turn that off. I have tried all combinations of settings, and cleared cache, re-installed the app.

I thought the last update (7/11) would fix it but no dice.

Did anyone figure this out or have any ideas?

So actually, I messed with this some more just now and I think I fixed it. I cleared the cache and data of like every google service I could find, including the music app.. This was the first time I had done this SINCE the latest update.

So try updating to latest version, then clear the cache and data of a bunch of the google framework and services as well as the music app.
