Google Navigation How to Type in Destination

I am having trouble with typing in a destination in Google Navigation on my Motorola Razr M. I click the TYPE button and type in the destination but then I cannot get it to use that address as the destination. What is the next step after I type in the address? There is no GO button showing up like it does when I speak the destination. (I am typing it in because sometimes it does not recognize the spoken address correctly.)

On my Bionic(phone) and my Thrive(tablet) the pop-up keyboard has the word GO on the enter key.
