Does anyone know if it's possible to save a route using Google on the PC and then have it load on Navigation?

All I can say is if your google account on PC and Phone are synced you can search say...
"1234 David Ave." and it will save this and show it in your history on your phone so you don't have to memorize it or search for it twice.

You could try using Google Chrome-to-Phone. Once you get the route mapped out on the PC, you can send it to you phone with Chrome-to-Phone. You don't actually access what you have saved on the PC, but it will get you the same route with any alterations that you have made.
