Google nexus s stuck in (clockworkmod recovery 6.0.3.5)?

Hello, i have a google nexus s cellphone for ATT and its unlocked for T-mobile. Ok so i have cyangenmod something like that on it and i dont even know what that is and there was an update for it so i updated it and after that none of the apps worked. i dont know how i got to clockworkmod but i did and now im stuck in it and it says "Warning: No file_contexts". I cant find tutorials on how to go back to regular stock mode or anything. Yes i took batteries out and restarted phone. I always end up in this recovery mode.

Can you get the device to start up in fastboot? If so then you can flash the stock rom to get back to stock.

yes i can get it to fast boot. can you teach me how to flash it?
