Help Google now bug

[yorkshirecheese]

Hello, Google now on my nexus 5 keeps causing a repeated 'Google search has stopped' error message, causing me to clear the Google search account cache (and thus clearing my home screens) before I can use my phone again. Any ideas? Cheers!

Some people are having problems after the update. Suggest backup important data then perform a factory reset.

Other than a factory reset as suggested, clearing the cache as a temporary solution (which you are already doing) is the only other option.
