Google Now English Voice!! Huh??

Has anyone else woken up and tried asking google to search for things which are replied with spoken voice?

Yesterday I was complaining that we don't get the smooth American voice in the UK, however today the voice has completely changed to a 'Smoother' English mans voice. How Strange.

Google seem to also have addressed the 'English US' settings from giving all results related to being in Washington as opposed to wherever you are in the world.

Good on you google for sorting that so quickly!

Can other people confirm these changes?

I would imagine that just as Now gets smarter for you the more you use it that their algorithms get smarter the greater the population of folks using it is.
