google now not working at home

Welcome to the forums! Some cards are region specific. For example, if I connect my tablet to wifi away from my house it gives me the eta to get back home, but I never see that card when I'm actually home.

I get cards at home but only if I have looked things up on the tablet. For example last night I was meeting some friends from work for a drink. They had arranged to meet at a pub I did not know, so I looked the address up on maps via the tablet. I had also entered the time in my Google calendar on my PC which had synced the the nexus. About an hour before I was due to go I got a card to remind me of the time and another offering to show me the route and telling me what traffic was like on route and how long the journey would take. Impressive.

ok guys thanks for the replies.
i've managed to get it to work. I had my home location set but when i looked on Latitude my actual location was different because I had GPS off. Put GPS on and it worked after a while.
