Help Google Now Offline

[JohnHusker]

When I say ok google, the screen opens and the app listens to my question, but instead of giving an answer it says "offline - check your connection". I have my WiFi on and have 4G, have tried on both and it still says I am offline.

Hello!
Are you able to freely use the browser with no issues?
Have you tried to just reboot the device and see if that helps?

You are logged in to your Google account?

Yes, I am logged in to my account, and Chrome and all other apps that require the internet work fine. I have also tried to restart it, still no luck.
