Google Now swipe not working w/Moto Droid

Just got the OTA VZW 4.1.2 update for Moto Droid... but I can't get Google Now to appear with upward swipe. Is there a trick to this?

I can open it with the "Google" app, and all appearances seem normal, but once I go to the home screen, I can't bring it up with a swipe. Tried rebooting & updating, but that was useless.

This forum is for the OG Droid. Which droid do you have so I can point you in the right direction?

The swipe function works differently for each device. On my Xoom swipe up for Google now works but for my bionic swipe function does not work. It might have to do with the fact that the bionic has keys at he bottom and the Xoom does not.

Yes which "Moto Droid" do you have. The droid 4 maybe? This section does not have the droids you are looking for.
