Shortly after I got my phone I noticed that the GPS was being used way too much. It's not like it was cutting on for a few seconds and cutting off either. It's probably cutting on for a minute or two every ten minutes.
So I started disabling apps to see what caused it. Low and behold it was Google Now. I have it disabled and the problem is gone and my battery life is great. However I really like Google Now and I didn't have this problem with my S5. I would be fine with it checking my location for a few seconds every now and then but two minutes every ten isn't right.
If really like to be able to use Google Now again. Do you have any suggestions on how I might fix it?
