Google Phone: iPhone On Steroids

The sad/funny thing is, there is yet another photo related to Google with a Blackberry in it. haha

I'm sure everyone has seen this one a million times...Google Ceo using a BB.

Google's CEO Is Using a BLACKBERRY?! - Google CEO Blackberry - Gizmodo

Funny, yet not a good thing?
But maybe, maybe, Google reaching out to muster something up for Blackberry? Messing around with current BB Devices to see what they could do/improve for RIM. (God or whatever you believe in knows RIM needs help)
Kind of a stretch but ehhhh.
No more blackberry for me.

Nexus.
Yes. Google Employees testing.
Tastes like dogfood? Yup.
Do I want one? Yes
Will I get one today or tomorrow?
About as likely as Santa's Reindeer crapping on my roof.
Is it an iPhone roided out?
I think better than that.
Its running an OPEN Platform.:D

Sounds like a good thing in general.

Nexus (for those that are old enough) is a reference to the Androids on Bladerunner.

When are people gonna learn? It's not the spec, it's the services.

Don't tell me what you can do Mr Google Phone - tell me what you can do for ME.

We need better apps, better music integration, better acceptance, and a more streamlined update system so people don't get left behind.

ahhhh I just signed up for a 2 year contract back in May for my Beautiful HTC Magic ........ However I hate it when new phones are just released {and you want them!} and your still shackled to your contract

Well the way I look at it is.......I'm stuck with what I got, and there will be something in a year better for me to buy. I'm happy with my Droid for the next 2 years.

I am extremely excited and intrigued about this phone. But honestly, what kind of sensationalist claim is it to say that it is "Iphone on steroids"? Those are truly big shoes to fill. The Iphone is more than established; it is pretty much an institution in itself. Don't get me wrong, though. I loathe the IPhone. My sister has one. My best friend has one. My pastor has one. It is ridiculous. But to look at it as anything other than an amazing handset is silly. And to think that right out of the gates this handset will be better than it is even more silly. I do think it will eventually live up to the hype, but that will only be after they are replacing IPhones and our android market has reached at least 50 percent of what Apple is doing. Still, I remain a dedicated android user (recovering from my BlackBerry addiction), and I can not wait to see what this thing does.

I'm happy with my Magic {love this phone} , I just hate it when something else you want always comes out.

It's like stuff breaks days after the warranty expires :D
