Google Pixel XL sim vs the Samsung Galaxy note 4 sim

Are they the same size? If not is there a adapter? I am upgrading to the Pixel XL from the note 4.

Note 4 uses a micro SIM, while the Pixel XL uses a Nano SIM (smaller than micro SIM).
It is possible to trim the micro SIM to nano SIM, but is is very close. May be safer to just get a new one from your carrier
