Google Play All Access help

I know that Google prevents you from using one account on multiple devices simultaneously.. but is there a way to get around that?
Maybe change MAC addresses around, something? I would really like for my whole family to be able to use the same account.

I didn't realize they prevented you from using the same address on more than over device. I got my new phone and kept using my old phone on same gmail for awhile without problems.

Google doesn't prevent you using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously. So I suspect there is a bit missing here, e.g. some specific Google app or service.
