Help Google Play Error "-24"

Hi Kyle, and welcome to Android Forums 
Are you telling me that you don't know what the highly-descriptive Google Play "-24" error code means?
I've run into that error a few times in the past. I have never figured out what actually causes it, but the easiest (and most fool-proof) way I know to resolve it is to remove and re-add your Google account to the phone.
You can do that under Settings > Accounts > (you)@gmail.com. Tap the Menu button and select Remove (I think? Bear with me - I don't have my phone in front of me). I'd then suggest a reboot (just to be sure) before heading back to Settings > Accounts and adding your Google account back in. You should then be able to go into the Play Store app to download the game.

I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest. 
I will, however, move your post to the Android Applications subforum, since your issue seems to be with the Google Play app. Hopefully it will catch a few more eyes there.

I've gotten error "24" once, and what worked for me was, go into applications > manage >all, scroll down until you come to Google Play, click on it, now force close it ,click on uninstall updates, then click clear data. Now reboot your phone, go to Google Play, you should now be able to download without error.
