Whenever attempt to download something from google play I always get the error code 403. I have cleared my history. I have tried to reset my APN but when I'm in mobile network I only get one option>Automatic Connections. I also tried a factory reset and still nothing but less apps than I started with. I am working with Virgin Mobile HTC One V
