Have tried everything...first showed up when I tried to make an in app purchase on candy crush and now realized it's affecting my whole Google Play app unless its free app..help.this phone less than month old..and jo its jot rooted or anything im just a regular phone user..

Thanks for registering jennybee! Who is your service provider? With an error like this, the more info we get - the better solution we can try to find! :D

I would suggest settings/applications/manage apps... then go to play store and clear data and cache. It will probably take care of it. You will have to input your Google login and pass when you go to play store next time or to sync contacts/gmail... etc.

So after doing this, go to play store, log in again and hopefully all will be good ;)

If this doesn't work - go to the forum section for your model of phone and carrier and ask there. Users with the same phone may have a solution!

Thanks for joining!

Thanks Rick! Well i cleared cache and data in google play...and restarted..no luck...its ATT carrier..ill try the other forum...too

Thanks for the update! You may want to call ATT and see if there is a report of a connectivity issue with Google on their end, although I doubt it. Typically this is caused by a corrupted cache or data file, or an improperly entered payment method. You could try verifying your payment method with the play store account attached to your phone... Good luck!

Sorry..good morning..WELL google wrotr me back and said one of my google domain names google play doesnt like...my work email is blahblahblah.ORG so he said i had to remove my email acct when i want to play games then put it back on..this doesnt seem like a quick fix to me...it did allowa me to buy temporarily...but i alsoo need my emails to sync...thoughts on this new development :)

First, another welcome to the site :hello:.

Second try doing a full factory data reset, settings -> backup -> factory data reset.

If that doesn't work and the phone is so new, I would return it to your carrier for either a replacement, or a different phone that is going to work as it should.
