Hi all.
hoping someone can help. I bought my mum a galaxy tablet for xmas. I have set it up for her so its ready as she is not tech savvy. one problem exists. GOogle Play never opens. "Google Play has stopped working unexpectantly...'
So I did the usual Applications - clear cache - delete - Uninstall to bring it back to factory Market place. Great works. but then when Android updates to play i have the same issue. this is no good and explaining this to my mum... Well.
what could it be?
thanks in advance.
