I am trying to download a play list I made on Google play to my samsung galaxy s5. After a few minutes the download errors out. I have gone to settings> application> application manager>Google play music and cleared data. Am I missing something or is Google play having issues. The Playlist is about 450+ songs. Does my computer have to be on? Any help would be nice. Thank you

The best way to manage playlists is to have them independant from music apps. In general, the m3u format is interchangeable between devices. In its simplest form,it is a text file specifying the full path for each track. Export your playlist(s) to m3u format and copy them to your android. You can place them anywhere as android media scanning will pick them up. IMPORTANT NOTE that your folder structure must be the same. If these are different, you can edit the .m3u file and adjust the locations using "find and replace"
