Google Play (Market)??

A new pinball app came out for Android 2 months before it's due on PC. Not having anything with Android OS myself I installed the game on my Aunts ASUS Eee pad. A couple days ago I got a Droid phone and installed the app on it as well via Google Play. When I went in there and signed in I could not only see the apps on my phone but every app on my Aunts Eee pad as well. Is there and remedy for this situation?

You used the same Google account for both devices. The only way to keep them isolated would be to delete the Google account off of one (may require a factory reset) and use a different Google Account (or no Google account, if you don't wish to use the Market/Play).
