Help Google play mishap

I download music and test it out after it downloads and it works fine but when i look for the song in the Google play app its not there but when im playing my music and going through it, it will show up on the top indicating thats its the current song thats playing but still not show up on the Google playlist itself so its basically missing but the song can still play. Its been going on for awhile now with alot of my songs that just arent there after i download them but can stil play. Im using a Galaxy J7. Please help.
 
Hey There ,Welcome to Android forums !

Looks like you aren't able to find the right place in the google play music app to look up at your songs .

Follow this and see if it worked : Wherever your Music is stored : No problem

Open Google Play Music > Look Up at TOP LEFT CORNER > Click On it >Choose Music Library > And when that tab opens > Click On " Songs ", Or "All Songs"

And there you can see all your songs that are stored on your device .
